The current economic environment means that we MUST be willing to "compete" for your valued business.
This means we are willing and able to help you control your costs. If you are willing and able to play a role,
invest some of your time, energy and efforts into your planned project, it will pay off for you in a better price.
Optional areas, that you or someone you know may be willing and able to do, that can save you money are as follows:
1. City or Country permit.
You apply and pay for the building permit(s).
2. Site preparation.
Level your site / Remove top soil.
3. Install 4" gravel base.
4. Square up building and/or dig footer(s).
5. Debris removal.
FYI
Our labor costs are fixed according to our unit cost index.
Material prices can vary according to the type and size of your building.
Lumber, concrete, oil based products like for instance roof shingles, and/or vinyl siding are commodities
that follow the market. Supply and demand move the prices up and down on a daily basis.
We will get a real time price on each project and ask each material supplier to "lock in" your price for 30 days.
When you e-mail or call us for a FREE estimate, please have the following information:
- Size of you building
- Sidewall height
- Type of siding
- Type of roofing
- Number and type of walk-in doors
- Number and size of Overhead Door(s)
- Overhang on eve sides or all 4 sides
- Concrete floor
- Concrete approach
- Electric / Water
